  • Reconciled regulatory bank accounts against disbursement records, construction contracts and prospectus terms. Drafted the 2025 Interim Bond Report under CSRC and SSE disclosure rules and calculated solvency, profitability and leverage ratios.
  • Conducted pre-issuance due diligence for Tianshan Materials (SZSE: 000877); independently drafted due diligence reports for external auditors and counsel and built credit-ratio analysis for pricing and rating discussions.
